GeneCartwright.com offers a 15-day quality guarantee on all damaged products sold directly on our site. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

• Returns are exchanged or you may choose a refund.
• All shipments are made with tracking number provided you.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
